Dashboard cards link to wrong pages

Today total clicks through to /admin/stats which is wrong. Today rejected only shows scanner rejects, not SMTP rejects. Quarantine card on customer-detail does nothing.

Fixed all card links. Added ?date=today&verdict=X filtering to /feed and /admin/feed. Reject filter now combines scanner-rejects AND SMTP-rejects.
