Customers should be able to report bugs and request features visibly. Anyone (including anonymous visitors) can view. Logged-in users can post and comment. Admins can change status.

Shipped. Posts with status (new/in_progress/fixed/wontfix) and kind (bug/request). Filter chips for both. Comments per post. Admin replies highlighted. HTML-escaped content.
