Add regex patterns for cold B2B sales pitches ("jump on a call", "10x your revenue", "SEO audit", "offshore developers", etc.) to catch what the ML model misses on otherwise-clean-looking sales mail.

Built then reverted same-day. Too rule-based for our pipeline philosophy. Will let v3 model retrain learn these patterns from real labels instead.
