White-label / MSP plan

MxGuard offers a white-label / MSP plan for IT service providers, hosting resellers and agencies who want to deliver email security under their own brand.

Not yet self-serve

The white-label feature is built and ready but not yet activated for self-service signup. If you're interested, email sales@mxguard.uk and we'll set you up directly. The first wave of white-label customers helps us shape the MSP-facing UI before it goes general-availability.

What you get

  • Your logo + brand colours shown on the dashboard, login pages, password reset flow, and quarantine release pages
  • Your sender name + email address on every email MxGuard sends to your end-clients (digests, releases, alerts)
  • Custom domain field — tell us what hostname you'd like your customers to access (e.g. mail.youragency.co.uk). We'll set up the DNS + SSL manually as part of onboarding.
  • "Customers" view inside your dashboard — manage your own end-clients, each with their own domains, sender rules, and quarantine
  • End-client logins — your customers' staff can sign in to a fully branded portal (looks like yours, not ours) to manage their own quarantine
  • One bill to you — you pay MxGuard for the whole estate; bill your end-clients however you want

Pricing

£29.99/mo flat for the white-label features + £18.99/mo per domain (with volume discounts) across the total of all your end-clients' domains.

Example: 10 end-clients with 2 domains each = 20 domains total. At the 11–20 volume band that's £14.99/dom, so: £29.99 white-label + (20 × £14.99) = £329.79/mo + VAT. Markup to your end-clients is yours to set.

Who it's for

  • MSPs delivering managed IT to small businesses (typically 5–100 client domains)
  • UK hosting providers wanting to bundle inbound mail filtering with their hosting offer
  • IT consultants who want to present a unified service to their client base

Not currently included

We don't yet offer per-end-client billing through MxGuard (you collect from your clients yourself), automated custom-domain provisioning (we set up the DNS + SSL manually as part of onboarding), or a public reseller signup flow. These may come as MSP volume grows.
